As of today I’m done using this car wash. Which is very disappointing considering I’ve been a customer over 3 years now. I used to never have a issue with this place but for the past month or so it’s seeming this establishment is going down hill. Specifically there is one attendant who is always rude and SHE never makes sure my tire is appropriately on the track and on top of that the past two times I’ve went the car wash it’s self has malfunctioned and I’ve had to circle back to get the suds and soap off my car. I will shout out one employee that is a older man with glasses; he was always kind and I always was taken care of but as the saying goes it only takes one bad apple in the bunch. So with all that being said I will be taking my business else where.

First time customer... was a bit rough on my side mirrors... and maybe try using a small piece of masking tape for the rear wipers... hopefully mine is not stripped out.

It's pretty much like the other ones. Since something as simple as a two minute wash has turned into 20 bucks and a "spa" experience, you have to question the the wisdom of not doing it yourself. On the positive side, they have vacuums and cleaning cloths and cleaners to complete your, spa experience. My car looks great and I would do it again.

They have always seemed friendly and desiring to please to me. The wash is good especially if you use it regularly. When we took in the Suburban the back did not get clean and they were happy to run it through again plus do some extra scrub work with the hand brush. They have great stalls for you to vacuum, wash windows and wipe whatever you like. It’s all included. The prices are reasonable.

The general manager, Michelle was so rude to me. I run my truck through this car wash every week and just because she was extra busy. She did not want to accommodate my service and I told her there was still soap on my car. She told me she did not care, she is very rude
